Forgiveness & Grief Coaching
Authentic. Practical. Repeatable.

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of healing and growing closer to God? Forgiveness is not the finish line. It is the door. On the other side is the life God has been waiting to walk you into.

Unforgiveness has had its season. It has taken enough. It is time to walk out of what held you in and into what God prepared for you.

"He brought me out into an open place; He rescued me, because He delighted in me." — Psalm 18:19 (NASB)

Empowering Spiritual Warriors: Kat Bluma

Forgiveness Coach | Speaker | Author

Kat is a forgiveness coach, speaker, and author who works with high-achieving individuals who are tired of letting past wounds quietly sabotage their present lives. With a background spanning over 20 years of executive coaching and enterprise consulting at the Fortune 10 level, she brings the same strategic clarity she has used in boardrooms to one of the most personal battles a person can face. Her approach is unapologetically biblical, refreshingly direct, and built for people who want results — not just reflection. Through her books, speaking engagements, and intensive coaching, Kat guides clients through a proven process of releasing offense, dismantling bitterness, and reclaiming the freedom that has been waiting for them all along.

You have tried to move on. You have prayed about it, talked about it, maybe even convinced yourself you were over it — and yet it is still there, quietly running your decisions, your relationships, and your peace. Kat knows that place. And she knows the way out.

70x7: The Forgiveness Workshop

The 70x7 Forgiveness Workshop is a biblically grounded experience designed to help participants walk through the hard but necessary work of forgiveness with truth, wisdom, prayer, and practical guidance.

This workshop can be offered as a two-day intensive, a six-week online series, or a half-day conference session. It is also available as an added teaching track, breakout session, or special workshop experience for churches, retreats, women’s events, leadership gatherings, and Christian conferences.

Whether offered as a stand-alone event or as part of a larger conference, this program helps participants understand what forgiveness is, what it is not, and why Jesus calls His followers to forgive. Through Scripture, teaching, prayer, worship, guided reflection, group discussion, and practical exercises, participants are given a clear process for releasing bitterness, naming wounds honestly, surrendering judgment to God, and moving forward with wisdom and peace.

This workshop is for anyone carrying recent pain, long-standing resentment, family wounds, betrayal, grief, disappointment, or emotional heaviness tied to past relationships or experiences. It does not minimize harm, excuse sin, or pressure anyone into unsafe reconciliation. Instead, it teaches forgiveness as an act of obedience to God and a pathway to freedom in Christ.

Participants will learn how to identify the emotions and beliefs that keep them stuck, bring those burdens before the Lord, and begin replacing pain, shame, anger, and resentment with truth, grace, and biblical hope.

For conferences, the 70x7 Forgiveness Workshop can serve as a powerful addition to an existing theme by giving attendees a practical, Scripture-based process for heart healing, spiritual growth, restored relationships, and renewed purpose. It can be customized as a keynote-style teaching, breakout session, half-day workshop, or interactive ministry experience.

Our goal is to meet each person where they are, provide Christ-centered tools and resources, and help them take the next faithful step toward healing, peace, restored identity, and God-given purpose.

70 x 7 the Forgiveness Training Manual

The enemy is not backing down. Neither should you.

Resentment is not a personality flaw. Bitterness is not just a bad attitude. They are chains — and they were put there on purpose. The offense you've been carrying has cost you sleep, relationships, peace, and years of your life. And every day you stay stuck in it, the enemy wins.

It's time to fight back.

The 70x7 Forgiveness Training Manual puts a weapon in your hands.

This is the workbook that walks you — offense by offense, section by section — through the complete forgiveness battle plan. You will name what has been done to you. You will face it without flinching. You will stand at the Cross and make The Exchange. And you will walk out of this book free — the kind of free that does not come back.

Sixteen sections. Real Scripture. Actual freedom.

"It was for freedom that Christ set us free." — Galatians 5:1 (NASB)

You were not made to manage your pain. You were made to overcome it. This is how you start.

1:1 Forgiveness and Life Coaching

You don't need a life coach. You need someone who has walked through the fire and knows the way out.

Coaching with Kat is not about unlocking potential or finding your best self. It's about identifying exactly what has kept you bound, standing on the truth of God's Word, and walking forward in the freedom Christ already paid for.

This is one-on-one. It is direct. It is rooted in Scripture. And it will move you.

Whether unforgiveness has derailed your relationships, your purpose, or your peace — there is a way through. Not around it. Through it. And you do not have to figure it out alone.

"Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." — 2 Corinthians 3:17 (NASB)

You were created for freedom. Let's go get it.

Email Life Coaching & Community

The battle doesn't stop between sessions. Neither does the support.

When you join the Forgiveness Freedom Fighter community, you get Scripture, truth, and practical next steps to keep you moving forward when life tries to pull you back.

Every message is built on God's Word and aimed at one target: keeping you free. You will receive Scripture that cuts through the fog, guidance for the hard days, and reminders that the ground you've taken does not have to be surrendered.

You will also be the first to know about upcoming forgiveness and grief retreats, where and when they are being held, and additional resources to support you every step of the way — because this journey deserves more than a book on a shelf.

And you will not walk it with strangers.

This community is made up of fellow believers who are in the fight. Who understand what it costs to forgive and what it is worth. Who will pray with you, stand with you, and refuse to let you go back.

"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you." — Colossians 3:13 (NASB)

Forgiveness is not a one-time decision. It is a daily walk. And you were never meant to walk it alone.

Join the community. Stay in the fight. Keep the freedom.

Testimonials

Sleep at last...

(Attendee to group coaching)

"I went through your process last night and for the first time in six months I had a restful nights sleep. I have a way to go but thank you because for the first time in a long time I have hope for healing. "

Dean, 62 Southern CA

Every time I practice forgiveness....

In my time in the church I had heard to forgive, wanted to forgive, but sometimes I just didn't know how or where, practically speaking, to start what seemed like an impossible task. This book breaks it down into completely understandable, bible based truths and practices that have brought me peace. I have integrated this into my everyday life.
